• Assistant Coach with the Brock University Men's Basketball Program
• Coach, Vice-President and Director of the Welland Minor Basketball Association
• Member of the Welland Tribune High School Basketball Tournament Committee from 2007-2018
• Head Coach with Ontario Basketball's Elite Development Program
• Volunteer and Coach for the Welland Mustangs Baseball Association and the Welland Soccer Club
• Coach in the prestigious Biosteel All Canadian basketball game featured on TSN

Apart from athletics, Frank has also served two terms as Chairman and Director of the Welland Economic Development Commission, sat on the Mayor's Gala fundraising committee and mentored Brock University students who aspire to careers in the financial services industry.
